GITES LES GRANGES DE FLOLIE

Our 3 cottages are located in the heart of Lauragais in the village of Beauteville.
The Gites are in a small village of 190 inhabitants, located at the top of a hill, with a view of the neighboring hills.
Our cottages are located 8 minutes from Villefranche de Lauragais and its many shops, restaurants, train station, and 10 minutes from the motorway access, and ideally located between Toulouse at 25 minutes and Carcassonne at 40 minutes.
Our 3 cottages can each accommodate:
Gite Eva for 10 people maximum
Gite Amandine for 5 people maximum
Gite Alexia for up to 4 people
On the property, you will find at your disposal, a swimming pool (shared with tenants and owners), heated and covered from mid-April to the end of October) of 7mX3.50mX1.50m, garden lounge areas, a petanque court, a table football, a ping pong table, playground for the little ones, books, dvds, board games, electric griddle, fryer.
washing machine and dryer available free of charge.
cot, high chair and bath available free of charge.
Our 3 cottages have:
For the cottage Alexia, a terrace with table, chairs, pergola, deckchairs, and barbecue
For the Amandine and Eva gites, a piece of garden with picnic table, benches, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.

We have to recover the tourist tax.
